Service Delays due to Extreme Weather

As you may know there has been some adverse weather across the UK, this has led to service issues for all communications providers (TalkTalk, Sky, BT and others), due to the nature of the way the UK's telecoms infrastructure works we are all dependant upon Openreach a BT Group company for their engineering force to fix the problems on the shared infrastructure and cabling in our streets.

As we and all the other communication providers are impacted by these faults we are all working closely with Openreach a BT Group company to manage their fault intake with them. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve problems as quickly as we can.
