Question:
I'm having problems with the Super Safe Boost
Answer:

If you're experiencing problems with the Super Safe Boost, follow our steps below:

Step 1: Is your device compatible?

Make sure you're only using the software on Windows PC's and laptops (XP and above). The Super Safe Boost isn't compatible with other devices like Mac's, tablets, smartphones etc. If you want to protect these, we recommend activating our Virus Alerts which are free as part of our HomeSafe® package.

Step 2: Are you using the latest version?

If you signed up to the Super Safe Boost a while ago, and have been renewing it, you might be using an older version which might not be giving you the best performance. Most issues can be fixed simply by removing the old one and reinstalling the newest version.

You can easily identify whether your Super Safe boost needs updating by checking if your desktop icon matches the one below. If it does, we recommend uninstalling the old version, and installing the new one to get the best from the Super Safe Boost.
